    J.G. concluded his remarkable military career in the United States Army after nearly 30 years of service, including 29 years and 8 months of active duty. During his service, his most significant role was as the Chief of Plans and Operations in G3 at the U.S. Department of the Army/U.S. Army Nuclear and Chemical Agency (USANCA), where he specialized in countering weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and nuclear operations.

    Throughout his military career, J.G. held numerous command and staff positions, including roles in engineering units, counter-improvised explosive device (CIED) operations, and countering weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) activities. He participated in combat operations such as "Desert Storm" and "Operation Iraqi Freedom" in 2003 and 2005, respectively. From 2009 to 2012, J.G. led the development of NATO's CIED capabilities to support enhanced security measures in Afghanistan and later served as a senior CIED advisor at NATO's Allied Command Transformation.

    Until recently, he represented the Department of Defense at the FBI FVEY Counter-IED Threats (C3) Cooperative Center at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, where he served from 2018 to 2023.

    Retired Chief Superintendent, Senior CIED Analyst, and Post-Blast Analyst
    K.P. served 37 years as one of the leading experts in post-blast investigations and bomb disposal operations. Since 1986, he has held positions as commander of several bomb disposal units, demonstrating outstanding leadership qualities and deep technical knowledge.

    From 2017 to 2020, K.P. led post-blast investigation teams and bomb disposal laboratories in the Israel Police Bomb Disposal Division, successfully managing critical operations to investigate and neutralize threats. From 2013 to 2017, he served as the Head of Training and Operations in the same division, where he implemented innovative training and operational methodologies.

    Between 2010 and 2013, K.P. commanded the bomb disposal units of the Northern District, strengthening security in one of the country's most strategically important regions. He also led the central team of the Crisis Negotiation Unit from 2013 to 2020, specializing in resolving extreme situations through negotiation processes.

    K.P. is a certified international explosion investigator, accredited by the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators (IABTI).
